Free Flash Drivers

Hello Ive tried modifying the build prop but Boost still sees my wifi hotspot usage, Im on the unlimited plan but only allowed 8GB of tether. Also tried the app WiFi Tether Router but it doesnt send internet even tried it with developers specific instructions. Is there a ROM for XT1526 that enables hotspot as if Im using the phones internet as it says I have 99.99 GB on my Sprint account. Im rooted with newest TWRP and Im familiar with flashing.
