Free Flash Drivers

Hey there, i recently tried to root my phone with this (cant post links yet) guide, however something must have not worked out because I cant get passed the HTC logo. I can get into the fastboost mode but im not really sure what to do there. I tried the factory reset with TWRP but with no success. Its also in S-ON and i saw that most guides require it to be S-OFF in order to work.

I dont have any important stuff on it, I just want it to work again.

Can anyone help me?

Its a german phone by the way.
