• It doesnt boot after installing, just sitting on the Samsung Logo
  Patience... First boot can take very long time... Since davlik cache is switched to ART, first boot will take longer time than before.

  Go to settings/sounds and notifications/while locked/show content.

  Go into settings and turn off the Power Saving.

  Take off the backcover and put it back on while the phone is on.

  Did you check here?

First time when you set phone up NFC error will pop up like twice just click OK. Then after that you wont see it and NFC does work.
