 Samsung Galaxy S5 has been updated to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Well, not officially. The CM team will be supporting the Samsung Galaxy S5 with CM13 builds from now on.


This makes it the second CM13 build that the Samsung Galaxy S5 receives. The first ROM was a beta unofficial build based on CM sources. The second ROM is created and developed by the CyanogenMod team. The build is nightly which means most of the things are working with the exception of some little undetected bugs.

CyanogenMod 13 is a modified version of stock Marshmallow. It comes with extra features and optimizations. And you can install it now on your Samsung Galaxy S5 (KLTE SM-G900F).

To install this Rom, copy the zip file you downloaded into the root folder of your SD card.

Reboot into CWM/TWRP Recovery mode.

Select install zip > Select zip from SD card  > Flash (Yes to install)

Select Advance > Wipe Dalvik cache > Yes to wipe dalvik cache

Process complete !!!
Note if you have no network after flashing this rom, check your imei.
If it shows null, restore the imei using MTK Droid Tools, MTK Engineering Mode or Mobile Uncle

Hello

I tried to instal xposed framework but no I cant start my phone, it is in a bootloop :(
My phone: Samsung galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) 16Gb

I tried a few things:
I tried to instal the custom firmware with odin the (for the SM-G900F: Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow)
After I tried to flash it with odin I get this error:
volume size is too big
ODIN:Invalid ext4 image

Then I tried to flash it with together with a pit file (I got the 16Gb version so I used
Now I get an error: Secure check fail:pit

I dont know what to do now.
